Global Pacific Properties

Dennis Law MD is co-owner of Global Pacific Properties with his three younger brothers, Ronald, Christopher and Jeremy.  All four siblings were brought up in Hong Kong and received their higher education in the United States.  Most notably, all four brothers graduated with the degree of Doctor of Medicine from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, a feat that still holds a record at the oldest medical school in the United States.

Global Pacific Properties was formed in the 1980s and solely owns and manage a large portfolio of diverse commercial real estate in Denver, Colorado.  Over these thirty-five years, the company has acquired, solely owns and manage approximately 1.6 million square feet of commercial real estate including office buildings, office-warehouses, structured parking and retail centers and the like.  Up to now, the company operates as a family-owned entity without debt, leverage or partnerships.
